Dear Akira San,Thank you so much for your warm message. We are incredibly grateful for the experience you and the team provided us during our visit. Your guidance, kindness, and patience throughout the tour truly inspired us. It’s clear that your passion for sharing your culture and knowledge is something we can all learn from, and it has made a lasting impact on us.
We were particularly moved by your enthusiasm and positivity. It reminded us to always stay motivated, never give up, and approach everything with the same energy and dedication that you showed us. You made us feel welcome and helped us learn more than we could have imagined.
I would also like to sincerely apologize if we made any mistakes, said anything wrong, or caused any inconvenience during the program. Thank you for being so understanding and accommodating. It means a lot to us.
You and your team are truly amazing, and we are incredibly fortunate to have had this experience with you. We hope to cross paths again in the future and that our journey with Nagareyama SGG Club doesn’t end here.

Dear Naoto,Thank you so much for your email and for your willingness to be our guide. We have been having a great time in Japan and totally fell in love with the Japanese culture, traditions and history. The itinerary you prepared for us sounds absolutely perfect. We want to visit all those places. Unfortunately, my husband on our way to Nara hurt his back. He is in a lot of pain and we are not able to do much sightseeing. At this point we have to cut our trip short.
We hope to come back soon and we would really appreciate it if we could meet with you then.
So sorry for causing you the inconvenience.
With much appreciation,
Elena
